Alfie is not quite dead, and he's going through some… changes. It all started when a patient came into the A&E he works at with a terrible injury to her throat. And then another. And another. Stalked by a strange man who seems to be able to magically bring patients back from the brink of death, Alfie finds himself sinking deeper into a world which has always existed just out of sight. Now, he must make a choice: death or undeath. He's not sure which is worse, but whatever he chooses, there's bound to be blood.
