Engine of War is an industrial sci-fantasy set in a world of robots, Wilds, and Spark — the only magic that exists. Spark animates the Autonomae, heals the wounded short of death, and keeps the gears turning toward a war that never truly ends.
Where Spark is drawn, the same three scents follow: Ozone, Ash, Rain.
At the center lie the Wilds — the beating heart of the Five Great Cities, their natural resources flowing outward like blood through veins. For centuries, the cities have warred not to conquer the Wilds, but to control them.
