Description
War of the Worlds 75th Anniversary Contest is a contest to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Orson Welles radio broadcast of The War of the Worlds – an adaptation of H. G. Wells' classic science fiction story – originally broadcast on October 30, 1938.
Contestants are encouraged to create a short (15-minutes maximum length) audio drama that uses fiction elements from the classic radio broadcast. Submissions are due by 1 May 2013 and will be judged on how well they capture the spirit of the original H. G. Wells novel.
