Lizzy Denmark owner of the Maple Grid Cafe wants to win the Barista Challenge coming up on Diver's Lane, and with the new competition in town(Racheal Chu, owner of the Perry Cafe), she's desperate now more than ever.
But after a heated argument between Rachael and Lizzy in the gossipy town, Racheal is found dead behind Maple Grid Cafe and Lizzy becomes the prime suspect.
Even her personable Lawyer isn't so affirmative about her innocence but Lizzy isn't the only one in town who's mad at Rachael. Irate ex-lover, a coffee bean manufacturer, a college student, Racheal's cleaner and the mailman are all tied to the suspect list as trouble brews on Diver's Lane.
