Midnight Radio is a limited-run epistolary audio drama about the unlikely correspondence between the ghost of a 1950s small-town radio broadcaster and a young woman from the present day who shares her hometown.
Every midnight, if they tune into the right frequency, the residents of Dawn Arbor can catch Sybil McIntyre on the Martlet Radio Hour, sharing stories of her home town. She's been there every night since 1952, unchanging and outside of time. Unchanging, that is, until a mysterious letter makes its way on air, sent by a listener recently returned to Dawn Arbor after years of absence. Thus begins a correspondence unlike any other, between two lonely women: one living and one dead, both seeking safety in the past. A thus begins a story about what it means to be haunted, the things we leave behind after we die, and the significance of a voice on the radio to a young woman alone in the dark.
